The terms for purchasing from NØC.

Seller and contact
Nørreport Clothing, also referred to as NØC, is the seller. Its postal address is Lyngbyvej 15, 9520 Skørping, Denmark. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to isarsindri@icloud.com. The order confirmation and checkout record identify the purchase and the email used for it.
Products and availability
Product pages describe the available sizes, materials, fit, care, and price. Colours can vary slightly between displays and physical fabric. Stock is reserved for a limited period when Stripe Checkout opens, but an order is not accepted until payment is confirmed. If a product becomes unavailable because of a stock or system error, NØC may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund.
Prices and payment
Storefront prices are displayed in Danish kroner unless another currency is clearly shown. Shipping, discounts, taxes, and the final total are displayed before payment. Stripe securely processes payment details; NØC does not receive or store raw card numbers. A payment method may be authorised when the order is placed and charged according to the confirmation shown by Stripe.
Order confirmation
Submitting payment is an offer to purchase. The sales contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment and NØC provides an order confirmation. Keep the order reference for support. NØC may contact you if delivery information is incomplete or if an obvious pricing, fraud, or availability issue needs to be resolved.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are not currently open. A product can be purchased as a pre-order only when its page clearly states that pre-orders are open, shows the price, available allocation, and estimated dispatch date, and asks you to acknowledge the timing before payment. Adding a draft product to the site does not create a right to purchase it and no payment is taken while the pre-order control is disabled.
Delivery
The checkout shows the available destination, shipping charge, and expected delivery window before payment. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. You are responsible for providing a complete address and for responding to carrier delivery notices. Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to mandatory consumer law.
Withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area generally have 14 days after delivery to notify NØC that they are withdrawing from an online purchase. Returned goods should then be sent back within the applicable legal period. You are normally responsible for direct return postage unless the item is faulty or NØC agrees otherwise. Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. NØC may wait until returned goods arrive, or until you provide evidence that they were sent, before issuing a withdrawal refund. Original standard delivery costs are refunded where required by law; upgraded delivery costs and avoidable loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may not be refundable.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights are separate from the withdrawal right. Contact support promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, and include the order reference and clear photographs where useful. NØC will assess an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in line with applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use and fraud prevention
You must not misuse the storefront, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with inventory or checkout, submit false information, or use automated purchasing in a way that prevents fair access. Orders may be held or cancelled where payment providers or security controls identify a credible fraud, sanctions, abuse, or chargeback risk.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, NØC is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. These terms are governed by Danish law, without removing mandatory protections available in the country where an eligible consumer lives.
Changes and support
The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order. NØC may update these terms for future purchases when the store, delivery options, or legal requirements change. For account, delivery, return, or payment questions, visit customer support or contact the email above.
