Shipping & Returns
Delivery and returns without surprises.

Shipping destinations and cost
At launch, NØC will accept delivery addresses in European Union member countries and Norway. The United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other destinations remain unavailable. The destination is validated again by the server and by Stripe before payment.
Where a connected PostNord service supports parcel shops, pickup-point delivery is presented first and nearby locations can be selected before payment. Home delivery is offered separately and can include an additional fee. Other supported EU destinations use tracked home delivery. Available methods, the exact charge, and any free-shipping threshold are shown before you continue to Stripe.
Store prices and carrier rates are calculated in Danish kroner. An estimated local-currency amount can be shown on the NØC checkout, while Stripe displays the final payable currency and amount before payment. No order is charged until you can review the product total, delivery, discounts, and final amount.
Norwegian product prices are shown in Norwegian kroner and include 25% Norwegian VAT when Norwegian checkout is available. Norwegian sales remain closed until NØC has completed its VOEC and carrier configuration. Eligible VOEC orders are reported under the scheme so the applicable VAT is collected at checkout; the checkout will not open if that configuration is incomplete. See Norwegian Customs' VOEC guidance for the official rules.
Delivery timing
The expected standard delivery window is shown at checkout and is normally three to seven business days after fulfilment begins. Limited drops can require a short processing period before dispatch. Weekends, holidays, customs, carrier disruption, remote destinations, and incorrect address information can extend the estimate.
Tracking and order status
When tracking is available, it is sent to the order email and appears in the customer account attached to that email. Check the carrier link for the most recent scan. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact support with your order reference so NØC can investigate with the carrier.
EU and EEA withdrawal right
If you are an eligible consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell NØC that you are withdrawing from the online purchase. Send a clear statement with your name, order reference, and the items being returned to isarsindri@icloud.com. This policy does not reduce any longer mandatory period that applies where you live. The European Union also publishes official guidance on returns and withdrawal rights.
Returning an item
After notifying NØC, return the item within the legally applicable period. Keep proof of postage until the refund is complete. Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or NØC agrees otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost and risk of return shipping. The return destination and any reference instructions will be provided when your request is acknowledged.
Return condition
You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. Return it clean, unworn beyond that inspection, and with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. You can remain responsible for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and fit of the item.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. NØC may wait until the returned goods arrive, or until you provide evidence that they were sent, before refunding. Banks and payment methods can take additional business days to display the credit after Stripe has processed it.
Exchanges
Limited inventory means a direct size exchange cannot always be guaranteed. The most reliable process is to request a return and, if the preferred size is available, place a new order. Support can confirm the best option before you send anything back.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders
Contact support promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Include the order reference, a description of the issue, and photographs where they help show the problem. Do not arrange a paid return before receiving instructions, because NØC covers reasonable return costs where required for an accepted fault or fulfilment error.
Uncollected and refused deliveries
If a parcel is returned because it was uncollected, refused, or addressed incorrectly, support will contact you about redelivery or refund options. Actual carrier costs that are not legally refundable may be deducted where permitted and where you were clearly informed.
